It’s a translation accompanied by a signed statement from the translator or from the translation agency confirming the accuracy and completeness of the translation. This statement (or certification) attests to the translator’s qualifications and confirms that the translation is a true representation of the original document. The certification will be signed and stamped by the translator or translation agency.
